Update
This property was previously a Temple, in January 2025 by the grace of Allah swt it was converted into a Masjid. At the moment, the building is being rented from the landlord to utilise as a Masjid. However, this does not give us certainty that we can be here for long term. By the permission of Allah swt, we have been given the opportunity to now purchase this building and make this a permanent masjid for the local community! The total purchase cost is 3M.
Alhamdulliah, with the support of the local community and businesses we have managed to deposit 200k so far, we now need urgent support to complete the purchase and deposit the remaining amount Insha’Allah.
The local area have been eagerly waiting for a masjid, with the growing number of Muslims within the locality it was the right location to serve he community through our various services at the Masjid.

We are requesting for brothers, sisters and families to come forward and help us with Qardh Hasanah (see form below). We are inviting 280 families to loan us 10k. This is a lifetime opportunity to invest or the akhirah and a chance to secure your palace in Jannah, Insha’Allah.
This masjid has played a key role in the lives of the local Muslims and catered the needs for the growing Muslims in the local area of Stratford. Our mission is to create a thriving Masjid and a community hub for both Muslims and Non-Muslims.

What is Qardh Hasanah
Interest Free Loan
Qardh Hasanah is a interest free loan which is given to a Masjid for a fixed number of months or years. During this time the Masjid will use the money for a particular campaign and will return the money back without any interest at the given time.
Rather than the money sitting in your bank accounts, why not lend and support the Masjid with this money and in return you have taken part in a Sadaqah Jaariyah and Insha’Allah established a palace in Jannah.
As Allah swt says:
مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يُقْرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًۭا فَيُضَـٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥٓ أَضْعَافًۭا كَثِيرَةًۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْصُۜطُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ٥
Who will lend to Allah a good loan which Allah will multiply many times over? It is Allah ˹alone˺ who decreases and increases ˹wealth˺. And to Him you will ˹all˺ be returned. (2:245)
